This is a study of how much the noise and sight of traffic on the highway impacts people using any part of these four properties.  You can see from the strength of this pink color gradient that traffic is a very prominent presence at the top to midway down the bluffs in three of these properties,  while at Chimney Park, where the grade across the entire park is more or less level, there’s pretty much no escape from the sights and sounds of traffic.

The train has more or less the inverse presence of traffic in these four places, though again, notably, Chimney Park is quite exposed to the noise and the sight of passing trains from anywhere on the property.
